You just need to keyin the 3rd party shipper warehouse address will do, then can buy the item.

U got the tracking code? U can track the code using ABX tracking if possible.

Weekend normally courier won't go pickup from airport, just wait today afternoon for update. If nothing wrong u should get it by tml or day after.

my stuff also stuck at 22/4 ~ it just wrote console inbound

i went to trace the track no till GDEX
and saw it missrouted between station [ampang station]
call the cs and ask them to put the parcel at the branc
and went for self collection

By 3 days you mean the time when it leaves the warehouse until it reaches Malaysia logistic?

Ya. Monday departed from 3rd part shipper warehouse, I received it on Wednesday afternoon.

Hey all, I need some help. I'm thinking to ship by Cainiao Seafreight, 2 toilet bowls. But i'm really afraid of the charges for the seafreight.

The supplier has said it's 52kgs and 0.25 square (??? i dunno which metric coz i used google translate) FYI the chinese words are "亲，一只大概是0.25方52千克哦" If anyone knows, it'll be of great help.

Anyone has experience with shipping something this heavy using Cainiao? My other heaviest item in terms of volumetric weight is 26kgs, which is still sitting in the warehouse. It will cost me RM149 to ship it to Malaysia. But if i select everything (the rest of the items are relatively small, only 0-4kgs max), the total charges for seafreight is only about RM180.

ideally if it doesnt cost much to add in the toilet bowls, I would. Please share your experience if any and recommend any affordable/trustworthy agents. THanks in advance!

Hi everyone, I’m new here and new to Taobao as well. Need some advice on how to proceed with this problem.

Bought an adjustable rolling pin but the adjuster was damaged during shipping.

Seller has agreed to send me the part but they will only send it to warehouse, the place where I last sent my stuff to.

Checked with warehouse they will most likely reject because it will be under unnamed package. The warehouse CS did teach me a method but with my limited Chinese, I didn’t really get what he meant. Plus it was kinda complicated, I feel.

How should I tell seller to send me the part? Thanks peeps

one of the way is to purchase something else from the same seller and ask the seller to pack the part together with your new purchase so the warehouse will be able to identify your package and deliver it to you.

or you can use a third party forwarder and ask the seller to send the part to you via third party forwarder.

Thanks for the advice. I was planning to take this route but it kinda shucks coz I already bought almost all the things I wanted from the seller. Any chance I might get direct shipping waived or lowered?

Also, here is the conversation between warehouse CS and me. Did he also meant that I should buy another item and get it shipped together with the new part?

Warehouse CS asked to make a new order from seller. It's because if no order & tracking no then warehouse will rejected the item & return to seller.

U got 2 options now.

1. Talk to seller, ask seller make the replacement item for sell at RMB1.00 or else, then u can make the order & system can capture the tracking code. After received the item ask seller to do full refund.

2. Use 3rd party shipper, just give the seller 3rd party shipper address & ship back.

Option 2 is less hassle compared to option 1. Which I normally do.

Yeah, option 2 seems more viable. You have any reliable 3rd party shipper to recommend? I have always used official shipping. No idea which 3rd party shipper is good. And btw, if they can understand a bit English would be best. My Chinese only half bucket full.

The CS is asking you to talk to the seller to make the replacement part available as a purchasable item, maybe to set the price as 1 cent, so that you could buy it and your order will be recorded in the system and able to ship as per normal item via consolidated shipping. It is consider as custom purchase, some seller do that.

Hi guys, just wanna ask what's your experience lately with Taobao Direct Shipping and Taobao consolidated air shipping? Has it become much pricier lately? And is it cheaper using third party forwarder instead? Reason because I'm buying separate parts from two different stores and the Direct Shipping option calculated about RM 300+ shipping fees (items are parts for DIY mechanical keyboard kit and equipment needed to solder, but total weight shouldn't be more than 8kg if packaging not counted), so I'm afraid if I choose Taobao Consolidated Air the final shipping fees will still be high. Any thoughts?
