So far so good. Their service is good, if you know Chinese can add the CS into Wechat & talk on any issue or question.

You have to reload using their assigned money changer then pay through their website or uisng Wechat wallet in RMB currency.

Weekend normally courier won't go pickup from airport, just wait today afternoon for update. If nothing wrong u should get it by tml or day after.

Ya. Monday departed from 3rd part shipper warehouse, I received it on Wednesday afternoon.

Warehouse CS asked to make a new order from seller. It's because if no order & tracking no then warehouse will rejected the item & return to seller.

U got 2 options now.

1. Talk to seller, ask seller make the replacement item for sell at RMB1.00 or else, then u can make the order & system can capture the tracking code. After received the item ask seller to do full refund.

2. Use 3rd party shipper, just give the seller 3rd party shipper address & ship back.

Option 2 is less hassle compared to option 1. Which I normally do.

How much is your items worth?

Tax = 6% of (Total amount of item price)

116.23 calculation is correct but 75.95 not. So your total amount of 75.95 shipping fees is 311.08 only? Tax more expensive than shipping fees. LOL.

You should. AFAIK the tax calculation is done automatically in the system, based on the total amount of your purchase x 6%. Therefore, I also dunno why got such mistake.

You still can use 3rd party sea shipping which doesn't incurred 6% tax. (包税)

Official air shipping no 6% tax but there is 6% tax if you unlucky & picked by custom.

Therefore, normally I advise ppl dun use official shipper for high value item. Anything less than RM500 is safe.

AFAIK, all 3rd party shipper no tax.

Depends on the weight or size of the items I bought. Normally I stick with barwaa.

Sea shipping need 6% tax but air shipping no need in official shipper. You can still use 3rd party shipper by asking the current shipper ship out to 3rd party shipper warehouse. However, you need to bear the cost of transfer.

So you have to do the calculation by urself, if item price is high but weight is low then worth consideration. Else, just pay the 6% tax & be smart next time before select the right shipper.

Barwaa. It calculates weight based on actual weight because your item is big size in volumetric weight.

Air.

Sea is calculated based on volumetric weight > actual weight.

Cancel the order & reorder again. The parcel will be sent back to the seller in the end.
