China is having three days holiday on 22, 23 and 24 for mid autumn festival. My tracking info has been showing "Out from warehouse" since last friday night and there is no new update since then

Why LAZADA didn't pick it up? What should I do next?

Taobao shipping by air normally very slow? Already 2 weeks from shipping date. No consolidation even, I order single item only, and by air freight (cainiao was the only option i think should be courier, right?)

stuck on this status since 24th. I think its domestic shipping now but no update on who the malaysia courier is. tracking number provided only works on china domestic courier tracking '百世快递' Best Express. not result on Dex-I either.

Any idea who the malaysia courier is? tried the usual Skynet, Gdex, abx no results.

the international tracking number should be starting with something like z18xxxx

usually for direct air shipping u should able to get ur package within 4 to 5 days if everything is smooth after shipped out form warehouse

local courier should be Gdex, u will only be able to track it locally once the local courier ha picked up ur item

mooncake festival is a very big festival in china , and i remember 2 years back my parcel lost and missing due to the large amount of parcel stuck in warehouse and unable to find my tiny little 1kg parcel.

So , be smart when order from taobao , avoid chinese new year and mooncake festival or any other big chinese festival , it will be a mess

My town Skynet is worse than Pos Laju. They usually didn't ship or ask me to pick up by myself or didn't inform me that the delivery man had an accident. (4 days my stuff stuck in the warehouse). They failed to inform me when I provided my house phone number, my own HP number & also the receiver with 2 contacts. Total 4 contacts so impossible can't get through & they can't find any excuse.

Finally my item was ready for consolidation yesterday. Got it shipped but latest tracking shows OTHER ISSUES(declaration/clearance). Anyone faced this before? Shipped things over 20 times via Dex-i never had any problem before.

ah i see. then which local courier will handle the shipment once items arrive at malaysia? Pos malaysia?

based on the rest of the forumer here and my experience so far is:

cainiao air shipping = Gdex
cainiao sea shipping = Skynet
lazada sea shipping = donno yet (I never used) <= still waiting for feedback as some of them have used but never mentioned
