My tracking number starts with Z and yes it is delivered by GDEX. Same case for me for the tracking update, the tracking detail has no update at all then suddenly it showed it has been pickup by GDEX then when I tracked again, the updates for the previous days which is not viewable earlier has appeared.

My previous experience with cainiao air shipping was a Z... tracking, which was later delivered by Gdex.

Currently, i was given CNMYG, I've emailed the english portal of Taobao customer services and was told to refer to skynet tracking but to no avail.

I phoned their customer service stationed in Malaysia and was told to be patient and expect a call later.

In the end I went to www.tracking.my and simply track with any courier in Malaysia, I end up with my tracking info shown with Dex-i with my first try lmao.

Tldr; randomly search CNMYGxxxxx under ciaoniao air freight tracking info pops up with a courier named Dex-i

Edit: Did a search with Dex-i in the forum and apparently they don't do domestic delivery? So that means my parcel is still waiting for any local courier (Skynet,gdex) to pick up?

Is this a shipment by sea or by air? Based on the last status update, it is out from the warehouse and on the way to Malaysia

I'm using 3rd party forwarder service and I get to pick which air freight to use, which one is the best tho? I heard Gdex is, but most expensive.. how expensive is it?

My taobao Cai niao consolidate shipping tracking no which starts with CNNY is shipped locally in Malaysia by DHL (Not skynet like what they told me). Very fast service so far.. took five days to reach me.

during in payment process, it didn't state which method either by sea or air. but I chose the cheapest and economy one rmb17.9/1st kg. So I just need to wait the item arrive Malaysia or have to pay another fee ?? before this, I've made 2 payment; for the seller and at the warehouse (merge shipping) with other items before the last status update. and one more thing, is that any charge from custom when the item arrives here?

Hmm, you just need to wait for it to arrive since it is already out from warehouse. It should state if it is by sea or air though. Not sure about custom charges but I have never got custom tax before

17.9 yuan per kg, should be by sea. It would take 3-4 weeks for your item to arrive. So just be patient

Seriously, I clicked the blue small icon 物流服务商：Lazada（海运）& talked with them two times. They said due the national day or MYxxxxxxxxx 亲...查询您的包裹在运输中了哦 or 亲 在海上运输中了哦.

How come it needs to take for so long? What should I do with it & I don't wish to refund because I need the case!

Like i mentioned earlier, due to long holiday in China over the past 2 weeks, long delay is expected + u are using sea shipping.

normal sea shipping usually takes 1 month +
