your values are a little off so the training result on the RTL is kinda extreme which gave you the stability issues and the reason you need to pump so much vdimm. Best is really just copy some of the values by owikh and ctskl and test it out first then tweak.

Probably I missed it but I didn't see ppl sharing MemTweakIt screenshot for me to compare value with. Mostly sharing Asrock Timing Configurator screenshot.
Generally should be similar but I do spot a couple of differences.

My opinion is on your RTL... Usually at 4000+mhz daily driver is at 60-70+

Not sure your reading is accurate or not but at 41.. usually they go this low at 4000+mhz for pushing benchmarks. That's why you need so much voltage.

That’s due to RTL training set to enabled which minimize it to improve performance.
If I leave it at default auto, then the value will be 45/46. Can’t change to other value.

Finally able to make 4400 17-17-17-37 @ 1.5V stable.
Did a couple of things:
1) Swapped the DIMM. After the swap, I can use default RTT_* 80/48/40 without error on 4266.
2) Bumped speed to 4400 and reduce tREFI to 32768... just some numbers that I pick.
3) Attached a small fan to blow at the DIMM to reduce the temperature.

Tried that and failed to boot up, postcode stuck at 5d.
Hmm... looks like raising trefi to max is the one failing.

Yeah... I’m happy with what I have now biggrin.gif
Not too much into game but so far rock stable with whatever I’m running.

Issue with games that use AVX.

CPU: 8086K 5GHz
Mobo: MPG Z390 Gaming Plus
RAM: 8x2 GB 3600MHz Corsair
PSU: 600W bronze Corsair
GPU: 2070 Super

I managed to get a stable 1.3V for 5GHz with -2 AVX offsets. If i set offset to 0 i need to bump my voltage more than 1.37V which I'm not comfortable so i decided to stick with 5GHz -2 AVX offset.

Stable as in:
Prime 95 ok
Cinebench R23 ok
Realbench ok

Prior to -2 AVX offset, i used -3.

I read somewhere that there are some games that use AVX or some which are poorly optimized like FIFA21.

Other game that I tried which was FFXIV was rock solid. However, using my -3, FIFA21 crash to windows after 5 games played. It gave a stutter before crashing.

Does offset affects games stability?

Your OC is unstable from what I see. How about CPU at stock clocks, crashed or not?
Need to see how you run your p95 (what version and with AVX instruction enabled?), RB v2.43 (without AVX) or v2.56 (with AVX), CB R23 cannot represent stability btw.
