0x50	PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA	RAM timings/Frequency, add RAM or IMC voltage
0x1E	KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED	Add Vcore
0x3B	SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION	Add Vcore
0xD1	DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL	Add IMC voltage
0x9C	MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION	IMC most likely, but increasing Vcore has helped in some instances

Mind to share your OC settings and what software you used for stressing? Most 6700K chips should be able to do at least 4.5GHz, max out at 4.7/4.8GHz before thermal throttling.
