I've noticed this for over 2 weeks now.
Every night - High ping, low dl, low ul.
Can't even stream youtube 360p properly.

I've called and complain but nothing they can do.
During the day time, I get what I paid for, so bila technician come,"sorry bang your connection all okay"
Anyone having similar issues?

Honestly I can tell you the ping result is absolute bullshit.
I can see the ping take so long to complete.

Tonight:

Last night was out so didn't test.
Tonight is shit, ping feels much higher than tested result.
And DL unstable giler man, sometimes 0.1 to 0.2 Mbps only

Update:

2nd day since the technicians replaced the router.
Connection has been better at night, but few days later back to shit.

Though, I doubt this had anything to do with the router as my older one was working fine. Because I made multiple reports, TM services called me after the technicians left and told me that they would be monitoring my line for a couple of days. Tonight will be the 2nd night, and so far things are looking OK.

I suggest all of you that are having problems to call TM and bug them consistently. Threaten that you will approach MCMC if this isn't solved.

My ping used to be 40 for my tank game. Now it's 100. Some nights the ping shoots up to 140 to 200.

Dont forget watching porn. It buffers so badly.

My ping got sampai 820ms, dl 0.19Mbps and ul 0.66Mbps - and this is after restart router/ modem.

It's been shit for more than a month

After 4pm or so wifi cant be accessed if I move more than 10m away from my living room.

My guess is the ipv4 and IPv6 issue.

using wired is ok.
but using wifi, only lately got this problem since upgrade to 30mb.
my d/l speed caps at 11mb instead of 20mb on wifi.
shit.

Tips for you guys: this is something related to wireless channel. Why worse at night? Cos too much interference from so many wireless connections.

Called TM and someone only came on saturday 3pm some young guy(looks like a trainee) came and don't know what shit he did 1 hr later left still no internet

I call them said still no internet they give me the standard crap like u turn off n on or not etc

They said Sunday cannot come monday holiday tuesday will come. Today never came

I used VIP10 before, which was excellent up till last 2-3 weeks when it started becoming shit
I changed to 30mb last week and still get shit usually at night

TM is having nationwide optical network units problem at their Internet Exchanges Nationwide.Alcatel ONU seems to be cause of the problem.It effects Unifi service.TM technicians are working 24/7 resolving the issue,while your sweet sleeping at your home.
