i'm having same problem, youtube 360p also stutter and loading i'm using VIP10, it wasn't like this last time.
followed this method and changed to a very complicated password, the problem solved, and the line back to normal, seems so far so good.
WTF is it true someone been stealing my line lately..... ?

may i know what video in youtube is considered slow to you ?

i just upgraded my 10 to 30MBps
viewing youtube : no problem so far
downloading torrents : no problem so far
diablo 3 : freakin high ping (4xx - 7xx)

if continue like that, i may have to use smartphone data plan to play online gaming.
tested after unifi disappointed me, digi gave me lower ping (2xx)

the thing is, i already changed to TP-Link (not stock TM router) last year before upgrade to 10MBps
now change to 30MBps i don't know if the problem is temporary or it is time for me to change router mad.gif
all i know now is using 4G/LTE got less ping than unifi 30

if change router also cannot guarantee get back my low ping..... how ah ? rclxub.gif

Modem stock Unifi, Router used TP-Link
tested in speedtest.net ping only 40ms
tested in ping-test.net ping avg 400ms
however, very high ping in Diablo 3 (500-700msec) since upgrade to 30MBps

follow advices from forumers here, called Unifi to reset my port at midnight,
guess the ping now in Diablo 3 ? 1337 - 1700msec
ping-test.net gives 7xx msec

worse than before reset doh.gif
end up using WTFast

haven't test other online games since i'm not playing any other.

for download and torrent, touch wood no problem so far sweat.gif
