i also having problem, watch youtube damn slow, everytime it will stream less than 360p, fuk la, always stuck. called them 1 time, they say no problem, reset port, but still same

lol, i got problem with my unifi connection for the past month, replace router and modem, reset this that, now ok de. but it took around 2 weeks to settle
