Ok guys, youtube streaming sucks every night, only can stream 360p for 30mbps unifi.... Temporary solution is to use VPN, connected to US server and the speed came back to full.... So, that prove TM is throttling the speed at night...

Ok guys test confirm TMnet is the 1 to blame for the slow youtube streaming.. Below pictures show "NO VPN" vs "VPN" (connected to US server)
