Photo of Vue Residence taken as at 9.45pm. Noticed more than 50% of the lights are on and also to include tenanted units with lights which are off. High amount of auctions or not I'm not sure if those 3-4 or lesser units shown on property portal can justify the vacancy of Vue Residence.

Aeis 4 acres land. Mah sing suppose jv with Aeis but the deal didn't go through.

I'm predicting the Aeis 4 acres land plus pekeliling redevelopment will change the whole landscape of this area.
