- MKH is keeping those 12 units of two storey retails with an average of 3000sf per lot. 36000sf of retail owned by developer. Won't be seeing Indian Ktv or Grade C/D tenants opening up right outside TR doorstep like Rica?

The transportation hub is not mini. Plus there is a major bus stop (pekeliling bus stop) for tourist buses etc.

TR is 1.5 acres while the red box is the upcoming MRT2. Any clue why is it so big? Nevertheless there could be a massive development coming up next to TR (the parcel of land with greeneries).

Did you book any units here?

That's the down side.

If u notice properly, block A is not accessible to block B or vice Versa. So it's 2 lifts + 1 service lifts to cater to 12 units per floor

I think they are maximising the layouts so that MKH buyers won't feel so bad when the upcoming 4 acres Asie land sapu this side of titiwangsa

No agents la. The agents half past six. Level 9-15 750sf 7788 sapu internally already. But every floor increase 500 bucks only and anything from 16 floor onwards increases by 3%.

Vue resi is 900psf. 5-10 mins walk away from titiwangsa sentral. Got meat to eat can't answer you la boss. Maybe can answer you 6 years later? Remind me again by then

Booking only since just abandoned rica ady. But for this one just book high floors cuz every floor increase 500 bucks only. Nett nett 520k super high floor. Another one Nett nett 504k middle floor.

The only con is the 4 acres land beside. Hope they propose to do high end here so can push tr up further.

Maybe u can consider here also la. The bus terminal next to TR is for tourist buses and all one. Quite big terminal
