Gone thru the layout and all types are having bathroom door facing master room door. Not that I am into fengshui, but feel better if its located near to yard or siding on bedroom 2 or 3. Master room have own bathroom anyway. Nevertheless, I am not ID or architect, just my personal opinion. haha.

OMG....looked like those new flat by gov.....sad....recently I tested the MRT and feeder bus, very nice and efficient

looking at the feedback on price rm500k+, I feel more feasible to purchase slightly further from KL centre and commute using MRT...staying at interchange hub is good, however looking at point of a tenant, I would rather stay slightly further with cheap rental. Also grab and uber now easy.

I would say this location is feasible for own stay due to the interchange hub. To flip or lease out, I feel tough. Especially, leasing out due to hard to break even.

If no care much about rental yield then go for landed to aim cap appreciate..why stick to highrise? Highrise over time, price ll get stagnant. Last time was fine becoz price gone up fast n furious....so after 3 or 5 yrs the condo cap appreciation is there....nowadays price stagnant n after few yrs the condo get rundown n price didnt go up much n super low rental yield as what ppl here dont care about the yield...come on.then buy landed la..strategy objective doesnt meet the end game la. I didn't deny the fact there is labor workers but the way they portrait is many/majority demographic are them which is not accurate at all. The demographic are balanced between professional, foreigners, own stayers, local etc.

If u wan to see majority Bangla/indon labor quarter, the good example is Menara City One at Dang Wangi.

Obviously if your tolerant is very low, it is perfectly understandable you can't accept such demographic which is perfectly norm given the close proximity with lrt/monorail/chowkit.
