Damn worried about what will be sitting on the 4 acres of Land opposite MKH. Hope no massive rumawip bullshit. A good mix development can be put to good use on a 4 acres size land

MKH has no sense of architecture. Dull design. The one they showed in the sales kit was even worse. It's all white colour like mid cost flat. But what do You expect for a 500k 3 bedders in this location? High end facade? It's a cheap priced property.

Lol own stay in his area u serious? Gauge titiwangsa Sentral rental. No way ppl will ownstay here. Purely rental play. Break even in today's market? No way also. Cover interest can ady la and aim for cap appreciation. That's today market trend imo. Unless you sublet or do Airbnb.
