I just made a booking on Sunday, 850sf block B facing south (vistana hotel). After rebates my nett psf is RM688. This is my first property so hopefully made a good choice!

Just wondering, East view can view KLCC?

I did ask one of the SA but he said cant see KLCC due to further down some buildings. Maybe he just dont want me to feel bad as no more units facing east/klcc. lol.

Other than city centre location and next to a concentrated TOD, the adjacent Asie site and the big opposite land across Jln Tun Razak would also have impact on the future value of TR
