I think I belong to the small minority cluster of humanity that actually prefers hot chio bu as compared to old saggy tits. Don't see how a monthly repayment of 1.8k to the bank plus 70k-80k average paper gain can attract much horrendous commentaries from peasants who enjoy the view and the comfort from a granny more than hot tub babe or some here would prefer the scent of a grave that reminds him or her closer to home. Size matters they say. Age too maybe? While price has always been a concern but not to the early buyers of TR. More like what they don't own turns out to be a bigger concern than what buyers here own.
