This is bare unit service apartment. By right service apartment usually will provide some furniture....

Usually service apartment is more valuable hence they won't gv you furniture. But there are exceptions.

Serviced apartment because the land is commercial status.

Nowadays developer want to make the price more affordable they give a bare unit.

They marked up price above 17th floor for 3%..but the new rebate is 13%.. still consider a good buy?

Above 17th floor increase 3% but new discount is 13%. Below 17th floor only 10% discount. So basically high and low floor all same now?

The one which is currently fenced up is Asie's land (next to TR)

Pekeliling land is the huge piece of land (way bigger than Asie 4 acres land) opposite TR across jalan tun razak where the MRT 2 is under construction. Something very BIG will be sitting on that prime land.

Up 25k but provide additional rebate 3%. Nettt nett up few k from original price. Acceptable. N higher floor has lesser inital outflow. Dont think many will complain. Good job. But the additional 3pc is for early birds. Matter of time it ll be taken out.

Thanks. I do not invest in this project.

Was curious as it seems to have lots of good things going for this project (connectivity, location etc).

Outskirts meaning Semenyih? Heard a bungolow at Diamond City cos around RM1.2mil. Not very sure though. And no, I did not invest in there too. Too far for my liking.
