Hope this TR with only 4 lifts to service 24 units per floor will soarrrrrrr in time to come. I'm not worried about the surrounding at all given the redevelopment of pekeliling and also the land right next to TR. MKH is keeping and managing the 12 units of retail below in which they sum up to around 50k sf. Whack Whack Whack!!!!

Bangla then bangla la. I know of some lousai condo in a lousy kampung with squatters soarrrrrr like they were on steroids. History is there to guide us to foresee the future. Doing something is better than doing nothing. Talk is cheap while action speaks louder than words.

This type condo really cannot buy one, don't expect their management to be good because all they care is profit profit profit. You booking already also they will cancel, not cancel once, but twice  ranting.gif

MKH staffs all half past six. Advisable to go there knowing everything and just pay money for the booking etc.

Prices for level 23-29 are out and confirmed now.

Level 9-15 lower selling price but with only 10% discount

Level 16-33 are around an average of 15K higher selling price but with a 13% discount.

Not much difference in the price.

Bro u think agent will bird u ah? There are no agents for this project. Please do make some effort to call MKH. All the staffs for this TR resi are dumb and blur. If u aren't doing Any homework and expected to be spoon fed then good luck to u booking TR resi cuz the mkh staffs are just so dumb. The project is too hot. No one will bird u

Btw hearsay the Rapid KL bus hub behind TR will be redeveloped. Don't know how true is this with MKH words and level of execution. Their mall in Kajang 2 no news at all.
