I am quite confident to push and pressure on my rental in the future to kill 635sf given the 3r2b layout. Be it subletting/Airbnb/normal tenancy.

Just need to move more pawns to work it out for you. I believe in the capability of the agents. There more you have the better.

2+1 la. So it's 6 lifts in total but I wouldn't consider bomba lift a proper lift. But I guess ppl will just use it anyhow.

6 lifts to service 24 units per floor.

I think what he meant was non-bumi units were 90% booked. He didn't mean the whole project (bumi and non-bumi) was 90% booked.
