the day I read all units has been released, was told not possible to get hold of 750sq ft anymore. sapu habis.

IMO, the one bedroom 635sqft should be a good selection given scarcity of supply with exception of Vue Residence.

there was one guy there in sales office when i was there..only opened to level 15. he came in n sapued all 635psf units that available...easily 5-8units easily..i didnt pay attention but earlier i only see one or two units of 635sf taken before him..750sf all taken tat time.. i told my wife...he didnt see the prices of all units maybe kekeke.

I don't think non bumi can book until 90%.sure got some % retain  for bumi unless developer go to request for bumi unit turn into non bumi units. Ofcox will have to pay some fee lar...

mind sharing how you can "kill" 636sf studio where

1. studio is > 50k cheaper than 750sf

2. studio has the least units in TR and 750sf units double of studio

3. studio is limited and scarcity in the neighbourhood (TR, Vue, TS)
