The only way to activate it is to reactivate it as postpaid service. Both of you must walk into Maxis Centre for registration

Have had this conversation 3 times due to the same issues happening again and again.

SMS sent on 2nd of Aug saying 3 days to expiry of number. Keyed in on the 5th of Aug. No longer responsive. This is the third time it is happening and each time I have to take the trouble to go to Maxis centre and argue with the manager there and get them to revert not only my credit but also reactivate my number which takes at least a week.

I am sending this message as a time stamp on my complaint as I tried to go to a Maxis centre to do a complaint today but as it is Sunday, many outlets are already closed by the time I did the reload.

I reserve my full right to lodge a complaint and this serves as proof that I have done all necessary procedures to resolve this issue.

Seriously, if I have to do this again, and wait for my line to be activated again. This is seriously unnecessary and is just a pain.

Hope you guys can resolve this for me.

My prepaid number expired on 5 Aug 18. I went to Maxis KLCC center on 6 Aug 18 early morning 8.30am. I requested to re-active the prepaid number. The counter said I need to wait Maxis officer within 5 days to call me back and see my number still available. Just expired one day and told me that they need to check whether my number is still available!!!

The number is important to me, today is 2nd day. I did not receive call from Maxis yet. Can yo please help to expedite the process?

Hi, i am in oversea now and will usually reload through the apps to keep my number active . but i forgot my password when the latest updates require me to resign-in again and i cant get the tac number. My last reload is in June and i would like to know if my number is still active.

We would like to inform that if you wish to reactivate the expired prepaid number, it can be only reactivate under postpaid service at Maxis Centre. Reactivation as prepaid service is no longer available
