Please be informed that effective from Oct 2017, all the expired prepaid number will no longer able to reactivate back as prepaid.
However, you will still walk-in to any of our nearest Maxis center to check on the number availability to be register as postpaid.
Alternatively, you may also purchase a new Hotlink SIM Pack with new number.

I have really big issue with my maxis number currently.

I have tried to top up for my number, but it's failed.
It seems to have been deactivated as i am currently on abroad and I missed the top up duration.

i'm not sure when i can go to Malaysia during I stay on abroad for business trip.
