I lost my phone 3 days ago and found it back today and noticed that i my number is already expired . Please do help me as i had used this number for a long tim. I intend to keep using it .

Please be informed that effective from Oct 2017, we are no longer able to reactivate any expired prepaid number as per regulatory requirement. You may

1) Purchase a new Hotlink SIM pack with new number; OR
2) Walk-in to any of our nearest Maxis center to check on the number availability to be register as postpaid ONLY.

Helo admin im a seaman and bought hotlink sim now im here in brazil and no signal maybe already deactivated pls reactivate my sim so i can top up.asap thank u it will expire in june 30 2018 my number is 011-14056185

Im seaman and bought sim in tanjung pelepas 4 mnth ago im here in brazil and my sim has no signal cnt connect to any network pls reactivate my sim to be able to top up my number is 011-14056185 ty my sim will wxpire this june 30 thats why i really nees to activate its a big help for me using hotlink in overseas hope to activate sooner ty

Hi Omifreecs13,

As checked the line is active and should be no issues to perform a top-up.

However please do top-up before 29-Jun-2018to keep the line active.

went to maxis centre today and request to change to postpaid plan to keep the same number

How long should i wait to get the new sim?

My number 0122884336 is suppose to expiry today but when I try top up it indicate no such number .

Please assist to activate it again so I can top up

The number 0122884336 has already expired on 28/6/2018.
We are unable to reactivate the expired number as a prepaid.
You may walk in to any nearest Maxis Centre to check the availability of the number as Postpaid.

My handphone number 0126710510 has no signal in China.
My last top up date is on 1st week of May and I was told to just reload it every 3 months to keep active.
But, I couldn't access to it anymore now.

Hi Maxis,

I've got an expired hotlink (recently), and I understand the only way to reactivate is to change it to postpaid. Customer service rep mentioned I've got 14 days grace period before the number is 'floated', is this right?

I only wish to keep the number active, hence I would like to know the cheapest option right now. I had a quick discussion with a Maxis rep just now, and this is the outcome.

Change it to Maxis 48 (as supplementary) and use it for 6 months (if this is the minimum usage), and then port it back as prepaid.
Q: What is the cost of porting out from postpaid (as supplementary) to prepaid?

Or please advise another cheaper alternative?

As per checks, the number has expired . We're sorry as we're not able to reactivate the number as prepaid. To check on postpaid availability for number re-registration , need to walk in Maxis Centre.

What has been advised to you was correct. After 6months, to change to Hotlink - no charge for that . You can make it at Maxis Centre.
