I went to Maxis center. They said i can't change the simcard owners name. They said the original owner must be present to change the name. As I mentioned the seller is in KL but I'm in Kuching. Can't you do anything about this? #Hotlink

Thanks for quick reply. I cannot receive incoming calls but can only receive SMSes. I tried to top up via MaxisPay but when I keyed in my number, I received the message "Invalid number provided. Please enter a valid Hotlink number.". I also tried to top up via my bank account but I received a message "Prepaid reload to 0127782687 is unsuccessful. RM10.00 be refunded to your account the next working day..."

What can I do?
