Hi Maxis,
My prepaid number expired on 5 Aug 18. I went to Maxis KLCC center on 6 Aug 18 early morning 8.30am. I requested to re-active the prepaid number. The counter said I need to wait Maxis officer within 5 days to call me back and see my number still available. Just expired one day and told me that they need to check whether my number is still available!!!
The number is important to me, today is 2nd day. I did not receive call from Maxis yet. Can yo please help to expedite the process?
