Have had this conversation 3 times due to the same issues happening again and again.
SMS sent on 2nd of Aug saying 3 days to expiry of number. Keyed in on the 5th of Aug. No longer responsive. This is the third time it is happening and each time I have to take the trouble to go to Maxis centre and argue with the manager there and get them to revert not only my credit but also reactivate my number which takes at least a week.
I am sending this message as a time stamp on my complaint as I tried to go to a Maxis centre to do a complaint today but as it is Sunday, many outlets are already closed by the time I did the reload.
I reserve my full right to lodge a complaint and this serves as proof that I have done all necessary procedures to resolve this issue.
Seriously, if I have to do this again, and wait for my line to be activated again. This is seriously unnecessary and is just a pain.
Hope you guys can resolve this for me.
