she ask me to do rm 3000 cash advance or spend rm 1500 in a following month to waive the annual fee but i refuse. then i terminate the card. my annual fee will be charged next month oso.

If you try choosing any rewards and choose premiermiles for card type, it will says none found. I tried calling up customerservices, they told me very recently the bank changed the policy. So premiermiles is only good for airline mileage now. All these without letting customers know in advanced.

I see, you are trying to redeem rewards other than FFP and HHonors, then I have never done this before.
