Nop, all citibank credit card can waive annual fees, except this. i approve this but since cant waive so i downgrade to visa signature. Because i found it no point to waste 1k just for this card.

I will be arriving at KLIA 2 and take LRT to KLIA. Am I eligible?

i have a question for paying credit card.

my card payment date is due on 9Nov, so if i go over to the cash deposit machine at 8pm to deposit the full payment, will i still be charged late fee?

I'm holding a Citibank Cash Back Platinum card and a Citi Platinum Credit Card. As I know, annual fee of both cards will be waived after 3 swipes within 60 days. May I know how is it like for the second year and so on? Can apply for waiver? Both cards? Thank you~~~

Did anyone notice that Citibank premiermiles has cancelled all the rewards redemption for this card???? how can they change terms without notifying customers???

If you try choosing any rewards and choose premiermiles for card type, it will says none found. I tried calling up customerservices, they told me very recently the bank changed the policy. So premiermiles is only good for airline mileage now. All these without letting customers know in advanced.

Called in to request for annual fee waiver but instead cancelled my card on the spot when CS told me to spend at least RM1500. Hooray

the customers based too large, they want to cut some...
Never think of " it takes years to keep customers, just need a stupid policy to loose them all gradually"

My Premiermiles card's annual fee waived without questions

strange enough, I've had this card for 3 years already, never had a problem with waiving the annual fee.

But what's making me considering another card right now is the awful reward system, that the points are only for airline miles, not for redeeming their rewards. I don't fly long distance frequently,so it's pretty much worthless to me.

I don't spend much on this card, less than 5k for the whole year. I always call up 1 month before card anniversary and get waived for continuous 5 years

I have called to waive my annual fees on my Premier Miles.
Customer service suggests me to "downgrade" to  Citi "Choice Card" as no annual fees.
Also mention, their colleague will call me to double confirm the conversion in 3 working days.

3 working days have passed, no one call.
When I checked online this morning, my Premier Miles being canceled, and converted to Citi Choice card.

The message is clear, don't ever ask for or challenge for fee waiver. You will be penalized or downgraded.

so u need to re-submit the new set of documents?
reapply also subject to annual fee, no way to avoid.

Premier miles can enter the new Flight Club in KLIA1 (across the current PPL). Just register at PPL and they give u a sticker to sticker on your shirt. Limited to one mains + desserts, unlimited salad and soup, alcohol only Tiger beer. Please refer to my other post in Airport Lounge thread.

According to another PPL staff, access only be given if PPL is full. Can't confirm this.

I am new card holder. This website mention that we can have 2 times access to global lounge per calendar year (on top of the unlimited PPL access in KLIA, SG, HK etc). Can anyone confirm this?

At shenzen airport china..last 6 months ago..i used my citibank priority card for lounge..they allowed me bring in 4 of my friends ..surprisingly no charge make to my cc till now..its all free! Not even deduct my reward point.. Wonder why..

Do they issue priority pass ?
