I got a question, have applied for uob 1 card n privi miles. Called the service centre 2 weeks ago and was informed the application was approved and card was sent out. Then last week got a sms said my application for privi miles is approved but not mention n about uob 1card. Till now still haven receive the card. How long does u guy take to receive the cc?
*
Normally, the postal takes about 1 week and the most 2weeks. If after 2 weeks still not received, something is wrong. Is you card deliver to your home address or collect from branch?
For my VOX card application, the whole process from form submit until card received takes 8 working days. I would say they are quite efficient. Hope you will receive your card very soon.

UOB CS Manager called me back just now after I voiced out my dissatisfaction over the wrong delivery address last week.

Two points have been mentioned by him:
i) In the addendum form which has the card delivery address, it was mentioned that it will be sent to my hometown address.
-My reply: I didn't even know what addendum form he was referring to. I didn't fill in anything. All I filled was application form, attached my NRIC copy and payslip.

ii) My CC was at first delivered via snail mail and after redirected to my office address, it was Poslaju.
- My reply: No. I called on 17th Aug right after I knew my card was approved and requested to change the address to office address as my agent told me it will be sent to my hometown address. However, the card was only sent out on 19th Aug, why can't they change it before sending it out? At this point he was saying it was via snail mail. I said no such thing. It was Poslaju from the beginning. I even have the Poslaju's unsuccessful delivery notice with me.

Anyhow, this shows that someone has filled in my delivery address to my hometown on my behalf without my knowledge. There is a gap in their communication and coordination among their internal teams.

I said though I'm not happy but since I already got my card on Monday, I shall forgive and forget.

By the way, did any of you guys fill in the so-called addendum form for card delivery? All I filled in was the application form and there is a column for correspondence address which I ticked my office address. Apparently, it is different and has no relation with card delivery.

I never filled such form.
My issue was wrong mobile number key in.
I called to CS and it took 3 weeks to resolve this issue, but only partial resolved, they update only my mobile number in system, but not TAC together, end up another 3 days for TAC update. Almost a month after I received my card.
The rest I'm fine with the UOB.

I had a long discussion with the CS Manager yesterday. There is an addendum form for card delivery. For me, I didn't see it or fill it myself.

If it is Poslaju, they can redirect for you.
Mine is Poslaju, so it redirected for me. I wished it were delivered to me via normal post, at least my sister can collect and give it to me last weekend when she met me.
Since it was Poslaju, nothing can be done and I requested UOB to get Poslaju to send it to my office. smile.gif

Though it was very inconvenience but I still got it eventually. Angry but well, life goes on.

Decided to stop spending on uOB preferred platinum. Just noticed my statement still has 290k points. Go through the uniringgit reward program, seems nothing interesting to redeem. The points needed to redeem the same thing is really too high as compare to other bank.

Just realised my Smart$ Rebates earned is lesser than expected. Spent about RM180 on BHP for fuel but got around RM2.40 only instead of RM3.60.

Anybody experienced this as well?

last week saw the UOB website annual income requirement for UOB One Platinum has drop to 48K, so call to ask for an upgrade.

Today check with UOB, the Platinum is already approved and send out by normal pos.

The upgrade application is so easy with just a phone call without submitting any documents. blush.gif blush.gif

starting to love UOB services rclxm9.gif

My case is opposite of you. I request to collect at branch, but somehow it arrived at main HQ office. I want them to stop sending stuff to main office under my name plus the far distance, so I asked for replacement to collect at branch. Took so long for the branch notify till the earlier card arrived at my hand first via office internal mail last week. Then today received another UOB mail from internal mail asking me to collect card at branch.

What the cant u just call me? Why need to send mail to office again asking me to collect. Zzz

most probably your case is due to the bhp cashier use non-uob terminal to swipe.

Not accounted for ? transaction not charged into ur CC or no 5% cashback, or no smart$ 2% ?
