UOB CS Manager called me back just now after I voiced out my dissatisfaction over the wrong delivery address last week.
Two points have been mentioned by him:
i) In the addendum form which has the card delivery address, it was mentioned that it will be sent to my hometown address.
-My reply: I didn't even know what addendum form he was referring to. I didn't fill in anything. All I filled was application form, attached my NRIC copy and payslip.
ii) My CC was at first delivered via snail mail and after redirected to my office address, it was Poslaju.
- My reply: No. I called on 17th Aug right after I knew my card was approved and requested to change the address to office address as my agent told me it will be sent to my hometown address. However, the card was only sent out on 19th Aug, why can't they change it before sending it out? At this point he was saying it was via snail mail. I said no such thing. It was Poslaju from the beginning. I even have the Poslaju's unsuccessful delivery notice with me.
Anyhow, this shows that someone has filled in my delivery address to my hometown on my behalf without my knowledge. There is a gap in their communication and coordination among their internal teams.
I said though I'm not happy but since I already got my card on Monday, I shall forgive and forget.
By the way, did any of you guys fill in the so-called addendum form for card delivery? All I filled in was the application form and there is a column for correspondence address which I ticked my office address. Apparently, it is different and has no relation with card delivery.
I never filled such form. Two points have been mentioned by him:

My issue was wrong mobile number key in.
I called to CS and it took 3 weeks to resolve this issue, but only partial resolved, they update only my mobile number in system, but not TAC together, end up another 3 days for TAC update. Almost a month after I received my card.
The rest I'm fine with the UOB.
