Bro, I am 100% confirm your transaction is rejected. Try calling Posonline and your bank. Both will say no record whatsoever. Believe me I have been there too.

I see, just click and it is now showing "Unsuccessful Transaction" from "pending transaction"

No transaction has charge to my CC unbilled statement, but now only know we need to click the button to be reflected

Oh.. Why unsuccessful? Any info key in wrongly? Need to be vry careful when key in mother's maiden name for verification.. Or the transaction time performed is out of office hours during midnite ?

No idea, transaction during office hour, information is correct as I have key in second time for it

Have you tries any billing through PosOnline and get successful ?

By the way, I was paying for Indah Water bill

just got my statement yesterday, managed only to get RM50 rebate even though I bought my flight tickets around 9.30am on Monday, was hoping to get RM900.. sigh..

I overlooked the expiry date column where you need to fill in year then only month. Reversed it and transaction approved.

bill number is situated below the bar code. It is a 8 digits number after the 14 digits TNB account number.

Cannot add as favourite billing? Must input the account no. all the time? unsure.gif

Now I have a problem, my bill doesn't come often yet charged by TNB and I always check from TNB e-Services and as a tenant, I cannot have detailed view, only outstanding amount. sweat.gif

Actually, you can just put in any number for bill number, it doesn't matter. What matter are the account number and the amount paid. That's all.

I got a question, have applied for uob 1 card n privi miles. Called the service centre 2 weeks ago and was informed the application was approved and card was sent out. Then last week got a sms said my application for privi miles is approved but not mention n about uob 1card. Till now still haven receive the card. How long does u guy take to receive the cc?
