i get 5% rebates for my online transactions, the 0.3% cash back that you all mentioned i received it sometimes, don't know where does it come from and not sure how is it calculated. UOB gives then i just take. 5% online cash rebate for calendar month Sep will most likely be received beginning of Nov. You will see it as campaign cash credit in unbilled transaction but in statement you will see 5% cash rebate for Sep

Ok, Got d. So far my cashback is 5% from all august online transaction. =)

OK, so moral of the story for all:
i) Don't be too impatient. 30th of the month is for them to consolidate your transactions.
ii) Some CSs are not knowledgeable with their own products.

they set the wrong expectation in their t&cc lol

And at the same time, some got 0.3% retail cash back. It made us angrier.

Confirm TM pay using portal or uob pay will qualify for cash back. Same with reload starbucks online and buying xiaomi product via MOL pay.

At 12.02 am onwards cannot get TAC? Requested three times, but never receive it.

Yay, I got my first 5% CB as well. It is calculated on the dot for all my >RM50 online purchases in August.
It better be as I have max out September and 90% for October on the 6th Oct.

Not sure it is just this month they screwed up the CB posting or it is always this late.

In fact I blasted the CS on Tuesday morning as she gave nonsense and lame replies like ...wait for next statement... ...wait for 30th Oct...
I said 30th of the following month (for Aug transactions) is 30th Sep lah, already passed 6 days.
She said will investigate and ask me to call back to check after 3-5 biz day. I asked her to call me instead and I said if no call after 3 days I will email formal complaint and cc BNM. I said "I am not threatening you but just exercising my rights." which I learnt from the sifu here

I thought I will have to prepare the email dy. Good thing it is resolved now.

It is by calendar month, so not to worry.

Well, the CS I spoke to today told me the posting is usually a week from 30th. Well, give them a benefit of doubt then, we will wait till next cycle to validate this finding.

On a separate subject... Last Monday received call from UOB cc department to ask to apply VOX supp cards. I said if only supp card is having separate CB quota. To my surprise she replied YES. I asked and giving example to reaffirm the answers 3 times and she replied yes each supp card gets RM50 CB cap. She said will email the supp card application forms to proceed, but no email received yet.

Anyone received similar call? Hoax?
