We wish to inform there will be two rebate provided. Customer will be seeing two total rebates in the statements. However, for online transaction the rebate will be calculated and posted 30th of the following month.

UOB VOX Card

·        Enjoy 5% cash rebate

·        On all your online purchases.

·        For online spend of up to RM1,000 per month.

·        Cash rebates will be credited into your VOX card account by the 30th of the following month and excludes insurance, government utilities & bill payments only.


Enjoy 0.3% cash rebate

·        For the cash rebate category of retail spend,

·        If the accumulated cash rebates awarded for both principal and supplementary UOB VOX Card (combined) for the calendar month is RM5 or more (or such amount that UOBM may decide at its absolute discretion)

·        The cash rebate will be credited in the current month and reflected in the following month’s Statement of Account.

·        If the accumulated cash rebates awarded for both principal and supplementary UOB VOX Card (combined) for the calendar month is less than RM5, such amount will be brought forward to the following month for accumulation.

either UOB's VOX cashback calculation screwed up big time for Sep or they revised the T&Cs without anyone knowing.

question to existing VOX users (older than Sep): how was your cashback? no errors? 5% cashback for online?

yeah, but i guess everyone should file complaint, so that they know a lot ppls are noticed and unhappy about it.
Or else, i guess they will take it slow.

Few years back, I have a dispute case with them. They dragged for about half year, and send me letter(ask me to pay) + statement every month after I cancelled my UOB One card. Until one day i send a complaint to BNM, within 2 weeks, the case settled.

I only remember nothingz.

Did you encounter this issue before and/or are you also one of those that have screwed CB last month (30th Sept)?

Yea man! I think it's the initial VOX card which they claimed "lost in transit" really sesat until 1 month later.

I hope I get my rebates end of this month cry.gif

basically because before this, not many ppl on vox. most ppl applied after mbb2cards revise their t and c.

and since the rebate only given on the following month's statement, now it's about time when ppl should be receiving their rebates.

Me too! Got RM19.58 CR, based on spending of RM391.55, which includes Astro, TM Streamyx, Qoo10, 11street & Lazada!

You mean those online transactions have additional 0.3% as well? unsure.gif
Anyway, we just want an answer when will it be posted only... Finally it's cleared today.

Oh ya, below RM 50 per transaction will not get cash rebate. I tested and didn't work. So the TnC is correct.
