I signed the card last time in shopping mall and entitled for the luggage upon approval.. now i already received my card. So how i going to get the luggage?

I pay Unifi via Unifi portal, occ.unifi.my also got get 5% , my 0.3% not tally, difference few cent only

i think the base rebate is 0.3% cashback, applies to all retail transactions, posted on statement date.

then 30th onwards, system will consolidate all Online transactions and perform another cashback calculation; hence takes a few days to complete.

i wonder if UOB itself even know they are giving double cashback at all

I used TM Portal, mytm.tm.com.my to pay and got cash back.
At least now I have a backup if I can't pay my UniFi at Sam's.

That day when I called the CS, she did mention my cash rebate using 0.3% calculation, she said she can see this in her record.

Do u hv the contact no of the agent? I just received my cards today. I activated them and make a swipe on both each. Thereafter i whatsapp the agent and he said will deliver to me next week. Fingers crossed.
