QUOTE(selenium @ Apr 11 2007, 09:15 PM) scoopit kinda ok la. they never do stupidd things with their bikes. they only dress their scooter up and i can say that some are really really artistic. i even saw a scooter painted entirely purple with custom painted vinyls. uber cool,,, ya i anti mat rempit. cause they killed the nice po po staying next door. so after graduation my first car will be mitsubishi storm. with front spikes. so next time when i see a rempit i can go over them and kill them. i would do the country some good by eleminating pests like that. since no one will ever care if they die or what. and if masuk court. i just pleed innocent la. i never kill a person also. only help the perbandaran to clean rubbish only ma.. But easier said than done. |

Ok guys, i want to mod my lagenda. Now targeting the air filter. I did ask a local shop and he said the price is RM 20. But it is very small and i afraid that i will do more harm than good as it is open filter. What i mean is that that air filter will be wet when ride in rain and thus will make harm to the combustion chamber (rust). The area of surface of the filter will effect the volume of air to be sucked. as it is small, it will be hard to filter the air efficiently. Its simple physics.
So anyone with info for Lagenda good air filter and its price. Mind tell me the brand. This post has been edited by NaGeNaZ: Apr 12 2007, 03:13 PM |

i have some questions. my ~2 year old Yamaha Ego is quite hard to start using the electric starter if i fail to start it on the first try after leaving overnight. need to use kick start. the igniting sound is ok, no sign of weak battery. just that it won't start. is it because of the battery? coz i just changed the spark plug and oil (thinking it will solve the problem) some days ago.
another one is, the headlight stops working just now. but it works when i use high beam. is it bulb problem or something else? need some clues before i bring to werkshop |

using kick starter for a scooter is a good thing, electric starter is just a convenient way 2 start the engine... abt the bulb thing, make sure the battery is well taken care, battery water shud always be in recommended level...
4 me, i dun recommend getting an ex5 dream becos its made in taiwan with lower quality parts compared with the original ex5 with japanese parts. but if u really take care of ur bike then shud be no problem... ex5 is still a good bike, i think its the most sold bike in malaysia and reliable too... |
