Is the ping for upgrading to 30mbps ok?

Would like to upgrade for download. But at the same time i am playing online games. If the ping is bad no point upgrading.

Have you filed a case with TM?
*
filed a case ady..and tm staff came and change modem to D-Link...
by using LAN, the tm staff can get once 29Mbps download speed on unifi speed test website and once on speedtest ookla website...
however, when i try speedtest on wifi on both these two websites, out of 10 times, i only got 1 time can get more than 20mbps download speed...
most of the times i get 12-14mbps download speed.

is this normal behaviour for unifi 30mbps? cry.gif

If LAN no issue and WiFi doesn't get full speed, usually it is due to limitation from stock router. smile.gif

Either get a new router or if you have any spare router at home that can be used as AP, use it. smile.gif I'm also using this option.

It says: "Sorry, we are unable to retreive your bills.
Please try again later."

tried to apply unifi online but when choosing the package, it said "The package chosen is not compatible with the selected address type. Please select a suitable package." I tried all other package and it shows the same error

I had this problem too when I tried to register online. According to 100, you can fill up the form after clicking "I'm interested, Contact Me" at
https://www.tm.com.my/Home/broadband/unifi/...bout-UniFi.aspx and TM will call you...

Or you can go to TM Point...

can anyone help me to upgrade from vip 5 to unifi 30 here? the account belongs to my sister and i've explained to her regarding the upgrade and everything and she agreed to upgrade to unifi 30. the thing is, she's busy and the best she can do is to pick up the call by tm and say 'yes'. but so far tm haven't contacted my sister to offer the promo so can't proceed. and calling tm to ask them to call my sis doesn't work. have to wait for marketing team to call my sis first, which no one will know when.

anyone here can assist me n my sis?

tq so much

Can try first, cannot only change. smile.gif
Mixture feedback, some said can, some said can't. As for me, I don't want to waste time to try since I have a spare unused router to make it as an AP. brows.gif

I did something to my flash settings on my Chrome because YouTube videos kept jerking and stuttering. Adobe sucks. Now kinda solved the problem. doh.gif

But due to my flash settings, my Speedtest can only capture around 20Mbps now but my IDM captures actual speed, so that's fine with me. laugh.gif

My phone also more than 30Mbps.

All well when I use FF to try Speedtest. laugh.gif
