I did something to my flash settings on my Chrome because YouTube videos kept jerking and stuttering. Adobe sucks. Now kinda solved the problem.

But due to my flash settings, my Speedtest can only capture around 20Mbps now but my IDM captures actual speed, so that's fine with me.

My phone also more than 30Mbps.

Anyone facing slow connection in kl area? 10mbps i only get 4mbps and cant even surf facebook at all

Well, I seldom download things but my sister asks me to help her to download... I always direct download but well, this time in torrent. Only managed to get 3MBps = 24Mbps via Xunlei on my 30Mbps line.

Any better torrent client?

Well this sucks, i wouldn't mind higher ping as a temporary thing while they meddle with their stuffs. Loss packet is unacceptable, couldn't even stream something properly.

Your best bet is to change ip to a range that is not affected by this issue like Zi-Tech. For mine speed is not affected but the ping is ridiculously high (usually I get 3-4ms for 8.8.4.4 so getting 40ms average is definitely bad)
Try refresh the video (F5). Sometimes when you load the video up it uses US google server but when you refresh it will use local server (MY). If refresh does not work then your out of luck :\

Credit limit amd quota are two different things la.
Credit limit is for your payment credits. The more expensive plan you have, the higher credit limit it gives to you.
Yet that's basically useless, once outstanding they will call and chase for payment and line will be terminated after a while.
