I tested downloading an app from the App Store this afternoon and it was ok.
But now (night), I just tried downloading an app and it is crawling.

My UniFi IP is still the same since this morning. Weird.

For TM UniFi users on UniFi 30Mbps / 50Mbps, please do your speed test preferably on a wired, OR HomePlug connection instead of wireless.

Subject to various conditions such as interference, you may never get the optimum speed on wireless connections, but all is ok when on wired/HomePlug.

In my case, I get only less than 20Mbps on a wireless connection mainly due to wireless congestion at my area (too many wireless access points from neighbors)

Speedtest is fine actually whether wifi or wired. My speedtest result is 32Mbps DL / 5.2Mbps UL. I dont want to believe the speedtest anymore since my download speed is proven to be slow on appstore. nod.gif my torrent speed is also fine can download up to 3.7Mbps. i suspect there's issue with appstore itself. Will try again tomorrow morning for another download speed test. nod.gif

Well, what I mean is, very subjective, as it is subjected to various conditions. For users in high-rise condos, chances are they may not get the optimum speed due to interference from neighbors. Even using an Asus RT-N12HP, my wireless connection is still affected by interference, but worse off if using TM stock router or other routers with low powered antennas.

I just solved my problem before about cant log in to playstation network from my PS4 using unifi 30 but all internet connection and speed in good condition and in spec. Im upgraded from vip10 suddenly got that problem. after many own troubleshooting and also by TM technical support that cant solved the problem. They also came to my house seen the problem and lastly give a green light for me to downgrade the package with no penalties. but do you know that downgrade from this package is not easy?. already 3 times go to TM point still cannot downgrade. Lastly I need to waiting tomorrow (monday) to get feedback from TM HQ because the CS told me that downgrade Unifi30 not in their system because this Unifi30 is new package  rclxub.gif

Back to my problem, Im using TP Link WR1043ND old version (v1) wifi router. Even it can use with vip10 before, it seem have problem with unifi30. Even already back to default the router still got problem. Today Im flashed the router with OpenWRT firmware and setting it up, now it work  rclxm9.gif

I'm posting this experiences just want to share with u all guys about the problem I got with unifi30. In my opinion, Its not impossible can happen with another wifi router. Sorry for my bad english. cakap melayu senang sikit cerita...haha.. tongue.gif
