1. Pricing (👍👍👍👍) If you compare to other nearby projects, namely Twinz.
2. Location (👍👍) If you think of the potential jam in the future before the riverside access road and bridge is built. 3. Design & Concept (👍👍👍) Family oriented, good utilization of space thou the show unit is not that fantastic. Happy now? |

The project below is also Across the River with a large-sized, relatively new cemetery. This cemetery is Nirvana with crematorium.
