I think all developer are same with main objective doing business. The issue like cemetery is beyong their control important fact still depend your own preferences.

Your must understand muslim cemetery usully is very greenty one. Family will plant tree to cover up th grave. Second the propose site current was full with illegal rubbish dumpling and open burning. The main purpose mbpj cover the land use is to address the problem.

Good for your to share info but too over seem you are trying sabotage this project. Why not talk more on internal design, pricing and etc.

Ohako already do best what their can do to mitigate the issue. Next just let purchaser to judge whether want to buy or not? This forum may have non-Chinese follower also for them the cemetery issue is not big deal to them.

Same as you ohako also know the cemetery project later on the land below to Mbpj not mbsj. What purpose of the land use is beyond their control. Talk ohako hide the info is not true.
