On the other hand, those access improvement/alternative access mentioned by YB and Majlis years ago, until now not even see any concrete plan.

Few months ago the traffic was terrible until YB and Majlis made their "wayang" site visit. After some short term fix such as traffic light timer adjustment and widen junction at traffic lights, the traffic was slightly better but after some time, problem again....

Yes we can blame the developer, but why at the first place developer been allowed to market in such way even queries been channeled to majlis & YB side at that time?

Majlis and residents elected "beloved" YB really cannot do anything on traffic ingress & egress after so many years? Votes they want but pending work when can complete?

Because nobody reported the developer for such bogus marketing to the authorities before. No one got hurt when buying so why even think of reporting it to anyone? Only after purchase they realized that this bridge is not gonna happen.

No use taking action now since developer has completed the project, nothing written in the SPA to solidify this bridge marketing pitch.

How u know ppl not reported? Official report to majlis but no reply. Texted YB, YB said u take ur own risk lor

Means not enough reports being lodged, not enough to make people work.

YB also want save face ma, if so many complaint and no action taken, she will lose face.

Since not many reports, the matter just die a natural death.

I was a happy buyers at the time of signing S&P, because I was promised loads of good thing, Japan quality, cashback, access way (bridge), onsen etc. The Japanese developer sounded sincere and friendly, often asked for comments for improvement.

However I am now a very sad owners. Cashback that he promised he declined to pay, the form that we submitted (written with cashback) turned into a blank form. Japan quality ? If Ohako is one, at least all my Japanese friends will feel ashamed. Leakage issue non stop, because the waterproofing, as well as the flooring was done badly, defect team used some short term fix, and issues reoccured again and again, till warranty period ended, they washed their hands. High quality Japan toilet ... never seen such poor toilet. All the furniture came as package was cheap cheap and broken fast. Appliances in the show room was big brand, those in unit are lousy, close to unusable. Green garden etc are made up with cheap artificial grasses, soak water here and there, breading mosquitoes at some points.

It is my house now, Developer handed over. They dont care, because they had collected full sum. I wish I can improve it, but why should I buy a sub-standard new condo, from Japanese Developer, Marimo Land ? Simply because I was stupid, stupidly believe the developer is a genuine guy, with Japan quality, good values that often linked to Japanese.

Aduh poor thing. The Japanese developer tagline is a big selling point. But this shows there are scam artists wherever you go. But if it sounds too good to be true then it is Toto toilets and all.
