Whoever who reported this thread is clueless.

This is the project that I'm dealing with every day as most of you might already know. As I worked for Crest Builder. Not in sales.

Regarding the details, information cannot be furnish publicly at this point of time but those really interested can pm me for more information.

Did ull change 3 stones name to Hijauan residensi? I think Subang west wont go well with MBSA as we have seen with subang andaman.

If this is under 530psf, than it's doable

Dont like the area.. opposite this condo got a few cemeteries (one block will be facing directly).. factories surrounding most of the condos here & this whole stretch has 8 condos next to each other in a cluster of condos.. Easily 3000 condos incl sofo in avenue crest. Area more suitable fr mid end condo like surrounding condos.. This one shld be mid high end like metia n emira..

Main USP here is FREEHOLD unlike those in the nicer part of Shah Alam & good facilities.

Yes, formerly proposed name is 3 Stones (Batu Tiga) but MBSA prefer national language name and furthermore Stone is not so good meaning for Malay.

The 900sqft units are 3 bedrooms right? I think CB shld have a lot of registrations by now since the old thread was around. Hijauan does sound nicer n i like the facilities.

but sanjung still got unsold units, now wanna open hijauan?...

if hijauan deal is good, sanjung units will be hard to clear.

Price range should be around 50-80psf difference to represent different class of product. Overall, i think CB land shld acquire more land like this n build cluster of condos.. will do well fr the mid end market.

Rachel, alam sanjung selling for how much now after ***? more than 450psf right?

News : Crest Builder - Property segment, 40% to top line by year-end

company expects to start the fifth phase construction of Hijauan Residensi, a project which consists of 646 residential units in August this year.

2015 Jun 25

KUALA LUMPUR: Crest Builder Holdings Bhd expects its property segment to contribute 50% to the group's top line, from the current 40%, by year-end.



Executive director Eric Yong Shang Ming said, to date, the construction segment, the company's core activity, contributed 60% to revenue and the property segment 40%. However, the property segment contributed 70% to the bottom line and the construction division 30%.



Yong said the target will be driven by sales in the property segment.



"We will be aggressive in pushing the segment forward as we see the property sales picking up two months after the introduction of the Goods and Services Tax," he told reporters after the group's annual general meeting here yesterday.



He said the company expects to start the fifth phase construction of Hijauan Residensi, a project which consists of 646 residential units in August this year.



"Total gross development value of our projects for this year is RM320 million and one of our projects, Alam Sanjung, which is located in Shah Alam, has recorded a 70% take-up rate," he said.



Yong expects the performance of the group's construction segment to be better this year, supported by its external order book, which stands at RM350 million.



"However, we are actively bidding for projects, including in Sabah as well as testing the Penang market, through participating in tenders for projects in that state," he said, adding that company's success rate in bidding for project is between 10% and 20%. – Bernama
