Ohako already do best what their can do to mitigate the issue. Next just let purchaser to judge whether want to buy or not? This forum may have non-Chinese follower also for them the cemetery issue is not big deal to them.

If you don't tell at all, how is it mitigation in the first place Mr. hornbill_78? Hehe Nothing to mitigate if potential purchasers don't know about the cemetery. From what I see, this is what they are currently doing. Adoi... Berapa kali nak cakap ni? Like I said again & again & again, I present the facts to potential buyers. Final decision is still theirs. cemetery is always a big no no ..
Why buy one near a cemetery unless its sibeh cheap then maybe just maybe can consider depending on what kind of "cemetery view"..
Can afford to buy is one thing - next time want to sell also headache..
and the capital appreciation will be low in comparison..
competition for condos is getting stiffer by the day - plenty of choices out there..
