You have to be fair to the purchasers as well. Their hard earned money.

Nothing to mitigate if potential purchasers don't know about the cemetery. From what I see, this is what they are currently doing.

1. Super modern-thinking buyers
2. Young buyers
3. Investors
4. Orang Melayu

I disagree with no.2 Young Buyers. there's people in these group who dislike cemetery near their house

Let me add on
5. Orang India
6. Foreigners

cemetery is always a big no no ..

Why buy one near a cemetery unless its sibeh cheap then maybe just maybe can consider depending on what kind of "cemetery view"..

Can afford to buy is one thing - next time want to sell also headache..

and the capital appreciation will be low in comparison..

competition for condos is getting stiffer by the day - plenty of choices out there..

yeah. nowadays got a lot of choice.. don't needed to buy near / view cemetery
