Some units in Koi Kinrara facing the cemetery on left. Any complains from the buyers there? Just want to know what people think. Did they found out after getting the keys? Or they knew it when they purchase and just doesn't bother about it?

give more discount / fully furnish unit to make investor accept the cemetery.

How much discount given? What's the furnish item given for FOC?

To be frank, I don't really care. But just to make people happy, I will just play along and post in other threads.

Problem is, O'hako is the nearest to the cemetery. Even if I go kepo in the Twinz thread, it makes no sense.

Nobody knows Lets just wait and see what happens after the first batch of buyers sign their S&P and find out about the cemetery later. Don't forget, this is a Japanese developer. Not your usual Malaysian developer =)

That cemetery you mentioned is peanuts, compared to this 15 acre cemetery

The same does not apply to investors though

I have never once said don't buy.

My intention is to let people know about the cemetery. If they are ok with it or buying for investment, why not?

My favourite line -> Make an informed purchase. Don't bodoh-bodoh buy without knowing there is cemetery if your intention is for own stay [if you are a typical cina who is pantang about such things]

I personally cancelled not because of anything else but the cemetery. Thats all
