The tricks the technical team gave me is useful. Change your mobile data setting.
Apn name change to celcom3gmcc
Authentication type she said use CHAP, but I use pap

remember to set on 3g, cause 4g still unstable according to the technical team

i'm currently set auto-bill with amex, and it works although there is no amex logo during the setup in ocs. i'm asking coz i'm new customer of celcom FB38 and i didn't see the 5% off being credited into the 1st and 2nd celcom statement.

I registered Auto Debit with AMEX too and didn't get 5% discount on my last month bill. Called CS, he asked me to wait until next billing cycle date , if still no 5% discount, then they will create report.... >.<

this is my 2nd celcom statement which reflected the 5% rebate of rm10, i.e. rm0.50:

- you can get auto roaming for FREE!!!
Warning: can be dissatorous
- please REQUEST to  deactivate your voice mail
Common sense when you are travelling out of country with auto roaming.
1. DISABLE your data (your phone settings)
(credit limit doesnt apply here even tho u set minimum rm100 will charge until u disconnect)
2. DISABLE your voice mail (request celcom or your can do ocs)

the LTE has been ok and smooth for the past week. only these few days no signal for LTE.
are they doing ugprading job somewhere? any news on this? haha...
