Common sense when you are travelling out of country with auto roaming.
1. DISABLE your data (your phone settings)
(credit limit doesnt apply here even tho u set minimum rm100 will charge until u disconnect)
2. DISABLE your voice mail (request celcom or your can do ocs)

Received SMS just now that free 50 minutes offnet is activated.
Not sure whether on net calls still unlimited.

Data rollover (5GB)
Option to add 5GB add-on for rm5 = rm43 for 10GB monthly which hotlink flex needs rm60 to get the same amount of data.
