QUOTE(Q-C @ Jul 23 2015, 08:21 AM) spreeeee i dont think so got amex. cause when i try to do it in autobill in the ocs i cant find amex. i'm currently set auto-bill with amex, and it works although there is no amex logo during the setup in ocs. i'm asking coz i'm new customer of celcom FB38 and i didn't see the 5% off being credited into the 1st and 2nd celcom statement.see my setup which the credit card starts with "3": ![]() sos: http://money.howstuffworks.com/personal-fi...redit-card1.htm This post has been edited by spreeeee: Jul 23 2015, 09:30 AM |

QUOTE(Dozz @ Jul 23 2015, 10:34 AM) I registered Auto Debit with AMEX too and didn't get 5% discount on my last month bill. Called CS, he asked me to wait until next billing cycle date , if still no 5% discount, then they will create report.... >.< this is my 2nd celcom statement which reflected the 5% rebate of rm10, i.e. rm0.50:![]() |

QUOTE(SamD @ Dec 15 2015, 03:00 PM) Hi all, chargeable, i didn't know also at the first place. like you, i assume the free call 50 minutes is for all calls I have a question on this plan and hopefully someone can clarify. Per my understanding, the RM38 includes free 50 minutes call and 50 SMS to any network. However, since the first bill, I have noticed that the calls made are all chargeable regardless whether or not they fall within the first 50 minutes. Has anyone else noticed this? I am now thinking by right these call should be free. Appreciate your thoughts, thanks. |

QUOTE(konpia @ Jan 22 2016, 10:23 AM) I managed to unsubscribed. so far my 4g is fine It is about that time that I only have 3G signal only. Haven't been able to get back the LTE signal even after getting celcom to refresh my LTE network line. This post has been edited by spreeeee: Jan 22 2016, 10:36 AM |

QUOTE(konpia @ Jan 22 2016, 12:00 PM) Yes, Basic 38 here, I bet the 'facebook' SMS has somehow changed my phone setting (APN). Maybe a SPAM SMS? Your APN setting is diff from mine. Will check with Celcom to confirm if the facebook SMS is in fact SPAM or not. Thanks. yeah.. wonder if no reply to STOP, worry will keep on charging without notice. |

what is the possible reason that being charged for data roaming but phone MOBILE DATA and DATA ROAMING turned off? only using phone calls, sms and wifi. furthermore, to subscribe to data, we need to dial *123# which is RM38/day.

QUOTE(kumhoo @ Apr 6 2016, 02:19 PM) Maybe you accidentally on the data roaming without knowing it. The RM38/day no need to subscribe and it will detect automatically. CONFIRMED no turned on! i have already reported to celcom and waiting a department for approval, waiting for their call. You can call to Celcom to verify but I doubt they able to check. Last option is to complain to MCMC which much efficient. |
