BASIC 38 reporting in!!! Since April!

For me so far Celcom is good but not the best! But the winning point of this plan is.....................CHEAP and coverage is good too!

My experience with Celcom. I worked in Shah Alam and the coverage in Shah Alam is absolutely good especially the 4G. I am very happy from using it! When back to PJ area, the coverage was just so-so and coverage in KL also the same so-so. It depends on the coverage and the number of people using the network.

If not mistaken, many using Celcom now la coz it's cheap so do expect some network congestion. Overall, I have no problem with it. Sometimes just like Arghhh....why no line or line weak? Ok la for me since I use it to FB most of the time.

MOST IMPORTANTLY IS CHEAP LA! 3GB and can carry forward!

When people started to port out! I am a very happy person!

No complaints! So far so good. The area I go mostly have 4G connection!

No calls drop so far from my side. Been at Shah Alam --> PJ ---> Kepong

One very poor thing about Celcom is about the mobile apps management. While most big telcos already have their very own mobile apps to pay bills, check balance and do other stuff, Celcom still stuck at SMS world. Wondering Axiata so big group but then still stuck in SMS. No improvement at all. I find it very inconvenience for this.

If u see my posts before I told that Digi has good coverage in Sg Buloh ---> Kuala Selangor --< Sekinchan all the way 4G and the speed can achieve 40Mbps!

Too many people using Celcom ady! Line become siput!

Trust me, after the modernization, the speed still sucks because so many MNVO riding on it! On top of more growing customers they have! My opinion is SKIP CELCOM!

Previously I am on the Basic38 plan. I encountered the same problem like you.

Not to say I bash Celcom but this is the reality. The line sucks to the max. Line after upgraded makes not much difference!

Most celcom bluecube mostly damn poor their communication skills and knowledge about Celcom product. Summore do thing also very slow. Not as pro as Maxis or Digi.

my friend called 1111 to upgrade from Basic 38 to 45 with 5GB + 5GB. He was asking me when can it be done? Because the CS told him that within 24 hours. He taught the plan change immediately? Need also celcom users to comment on this. I dunno because I dun use Celcom anymore.
