Go to the login to ocs
Find forget user name or password
Remember your user name is care sensitive

Made the report now its not full bar but surfing is like super fast

I have noticed for the past 1 week, those places used to have 4G now no longer 4G and become H+. Do you guys having the same issue or just me?

not sure. but most of the area i go only have H+

Coverage has been terrible lately around Jalan Ampang area. It's like my data is being throttled! Open FB takes forever. Send whatsapp msg also so slow. On 4g. I tried changing between 4g and 3g multiple times but still the same nonsense.

try the setting celcom3gmcc for your apn setting

where did you get this celcom3gmcc from? POssible from a website somewhere no?

apn should be "celcom3g"

So far not problem with my First 38 plan. I ported from Tunetalk so basically same network coverage/quality. Did notice that line does get timed out on rare occasion but not a bother to me.

Only issue is that the first bill for my two individual First 38 lines are different. Both numbers were ported from Tunetalk. First bill for Line 1 was ~RM41 only. First bill for Line 2 was ~RM81. I did not pay anything upfront during registration for both lines.

Whelp.

Update: it seems that i can use it, although the signal bar is fakap like that. Somehow.

I noticed this too. My parents house at kepong used to have 4g before, and usually 2g and 3g are hard to connect there, and I'm quite surpise with the good connection of 4g available. Until three weeks ago, no longer can get the 4g signal anymore.

When I back to my place at selayang, no 4g, and 3g will just connected like 5-10 min, and then disconnected by showing full signal, but unable to make or receive call, and no internet as well.

But these doesn't happend at my office in Cheras. So I guess maybe it's coverage problem.

Filed a report and talk to customer service, he suggest me to restart phone.. troubleshoot etc, nothing works. Trying the celcom3gmcc apn now, let's see will it get better...
