Is there a way to get them to email you the bill instead of having to log into the OCS every time you want to check the bill?

There's an email setting there but I dont receive the bill by email.

Also, one thing about disabling voicemail is that I read that it also disables your missed call SMS notification which is screwed up because on Digi which I used previously the two settings are separate.

Sent them in a complaint through that link also stating that I want to remain on the plan I signed up for.

Will follow up with MCMC once they respond.

Kinda doubt it will work but it won't work for sure if we keep quiet and do nothing.

Anyway might be time to look for alternative plans elsewhere. Anyone got any decent suggestions?

OneXOX is an MVNO riding on the Celcom network. The usage experience should be similar to what you're getting now on Celcom.

I wasn't sure what category to put it under, but in the end decided on 'unfair practice -> auto migration'.

In the problem description I just mentioned that my plan was downgraded without my consent, detailed that the free sms and minutes were removed, and when I complained to Celcom I was told to enjoy the "upgrade". I described that the plan clearly is a downgrade and asked that MCMC investigate and hopefully not allow Celcom to downgrade their plans without consent and punish users.

Also I responded to the Celcom CS by saying this is not an upgrade, it is a downgrade and if they don't revert the plan I will port out.

Right now thinking of going to Hotlink flex, but the OneXOX Black is a better deal, just that I'm too lazy to deal with prepaid.

Well if it helps anyone my MCMC complaint text is like this (thought I'd brush up my very very rusty BM since it may be easier to deal with government agencies using BM tongue.gif )

Saya pelanggan pakej Celcom FIRST Basic 38 selama lebih tiga tahun. Baru baru ini saya mendapat SMS bahawa pelan saya akan dikenakan downgrade tanpa persetujuan daripada saya. Saya telah menghubungi Celcom untuk menyatakan bahawa saya tidak bersetuju dengan perubahan ini yang ternyata merugikan tetapi telah diberitahu bahawa saya perlu menerima "upgrade" ini yang dengan jelas bukan satu upgrade.

Pelan yang saya melanggani sekarang mempunya ciri ciri berikut:
50 minutes free calls all networks
50 free SMS all networks

Dalam pelan baharu kedua-dua ciri di atas telah ditarik balik. Dengan jelas ini BUKAN upgrade dan merupakan satu contoh Celcom menghukum dan menipu pelanggannya. Saya berharap MCMC boleh menyiasat perkara tersebut dan memastikan Celcom tidak boleh dengan sesuka hati memaksa pelanggannya untuk menukar pelan yang dillanggan kepada satu pelan yang jelas merugikan.
