This is clearly not an upgrade if my free minutes and SMS are being removed and replaced with RM.15 per minute/sms. This is a downgrade.
If the plan is not maintained then I see no reason to continue on it and will be porting out soon.

In response to your enquiry, we wish to inform that effective 9th August 2018 as FiRST Basic 38 plan user for call usage will be upgrade as per below:
1. Free unlimited call to Celcom network
2. 15sen/min for non Celcom network
