Anyone can explain on battery safety when using nickel wire? The same ohms law applies just like in power mode??
in TC, how the voltage works is different than power mode. Yes the ohm laws take effect. Because it applies to any type of material. Thats plain physics.
However, when it applied to vaping devices, there is safety feature which is the TC. It was done because nickel has a very low resistance and when it burn it can create some bad shit which makes you like Jason Statham in crank, just kidding.
So the TC limits the temperature to a safe point where the nickel still able to produce good vape without harming the user.
Why do we need nickel and not some kanthal A1 26g or 24g? Because the users want temperature control to take effect where the chip only allows that magic shit to happen when using nickel or
tlts.
And how nickel works is different compared to kanthal/nichrome. Eveyrtime its heats up, the resistance increased. Thats why its very important for that shit to be done in room temperature level (set resistance).
So TL;DR
We use nickel not for its low resistance and pretend to be cloud chasers. We use it to get TC to work and vape without any dry hits.
PS: Titanium has bad shits too so do your reading on that. YOLO and vapeon
