Depends size jugak bro. Some prefer smaller mods hence ipv2s is better, while others want longer time between charging hence ipv3li and ipv4s.

Then thre is a matter of visual looks, where ipv4s looks way better(to me la) than the ipv3li, But ipv3li is the better choice with higher wattage and feels more solid (again, to me).

At the end of the day, you have to hold it in your hands, and test it out. Different people have different taste and preference afterall.
